Have separate buttons to search for images, icons, sounds, videos or all. I usually know what type I want to extract and this would be more convenient than having to go to the setup window every time I want to limit/change my search.

ability to create 'new folder' when copying

When copying to a new folder, it would be nice to be able to create a new folder on the fly. Also drag and drop, copy/paste, etc., as we are spoiled with modern explorers.

One of my greatest frustrations is with the grammar as shown in the example below. It is supposed to be american english, not this stuff.Your, not you. And so on. PLEASE!

know why although registered some file extensions for search are grayed out

support special characters (particular accented) in file name

when filename have special characters, there aren't visibles in this version
